Frequently Asked Questions
1. What are custom photo magnets?
They’re mini keepsakes made from your favorite photos! We turn your images into high-quality, 2.25” round magnets — perfect for gifting, decorating, or simply holding onto those special memories in a fun and lasting way.
2. How do I place an order?
It’s easy! Just head to our product page, choose your magnet set, upload your photo(s), and check out. If you get stuck or have questions, we’re always happy to help.
3. What kind of photos can I use?
Any high-quality image works great! Family portraits, pet pics, travel shots, baby milestones — as long as the image is clear, we can turn it into something beautiful.
4. Can I choose a different size or shape?
Right now, we specialize in our classic 2.25” round format. But if you're looking for something custom, feel free to reach out — we love ideas!
5. How long will it take to get my magnets?
We typically take 2 business days to make your magnets. From there, shipping usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on where you’re located.
6. Can I add text or designs to my magnets?
Absolutely! You can include names, dates, or a short message. Just let us know what you want, and we’ll make it happen.
7. Are the magnets durable?
Yes! We use strong materials with a protective finish to make sure your magnets last. They’re made to resist fading, moisture, and scratches — so your memories stay bright.
8. Can I return or exchange them?
Because each magnet is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake on our part or the item arrives damaged. Make sure to double-check your images and info before confirming your order!
9. Do you offer bulk orders for events or businesses?
We sure do! Custom magnets are great for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more. Send us a message, and we’ll help with pricing and details.
10. What if I have a problem with my order?
We’ve got your back! If something’s off — whether it’s a design issue or shipping delay — reach out to us at hello.deartime@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.
