6. Do you offer live magnet production at events?
Yes! At markets and pop-ups, your magnets are made on the spot within 15–30 minutes.
7. Can I add text or designs?
Yes — we can include names, dates, quotes, or short messages upon request.
8. Are the magnets durable?
Absolutely. They’re made with strong magnet backing, premium prints, and a protective coating that resists scratches, moisture, and fading.
9. Can I return or exchange my magnets?
Because each order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless we made an error or the item arrives damaged.

CANDLES — 8oz and 10oz
1. What sizes do your candles come in?
We offer:
- 8oz candles — ideal for everyday home use
- 10 oz candles — our signature premium size for a fuller, longer fragrance experience
2. How long do they burn?
- 8oz candles: approx. 40 hours
- 10oz candles: approx. 55 - 60 hours
Burn time may vary based on wick trimming and room airflow.
3. What kind of wax do you use?
We use a luxury coconut–soy wax blend known for:
- A clean, slow burn

4. What kind of wicks do you use?
Our candles use FSC-certified wooden wicks—sustainably sourced and eco-friendly.
They offer:

7. How do I care for my candle?
- Trim wooden wick to ⅛–¼ inch before each burn
- Allow a full melt pool on first burn
- Burn for 2 hours at a time
- Keep away from drafts, kids, and pets
REED DIFFUSERS
1. What carrier oil do you use?
We use 100% Fractionated MCT Oil — the gold standard for reed diffusers.
2. Why is MCT oil the best carrier for diffusers?
Fractionated MCT oil is superior because it is:

3. How long does a diffuser last?
Typically 3–4 months, depending on room airflow and number of reeds used.
4. How do I use my diffuser?
- Insert reeds
- Flip reeds every 7 days for a stronger scent
- Place away from direct sunlight and heat for slow, even diffusion
LINEN & ROOM SPRAYS (Alcohol-Free)
1. What are your linen sprays made of?
Our sprays are alcohol-free and made with:
- Witch hazel (a gentle, natural base)
- Premium fragrance oils
- A natural solubilizer for even scent distribution
2. Why alcohol-free?
Alcohol can be harsh on linens and sensitive noses.
